FMI Dues

Members will be notified concerning their yearly dues which are due January 31, 2026. Dues can be paid through this website safely and securely. If you are unable to pay online please let us know. To pay your dues online, please click the “Payment Portal” button below. Please choose to cover the small credit card fee. Thanks again for your payment! Yearly due renewals for 2026 are $50 for ministerial licensing, and $100 for ministerial ordination.  We offer 50% discounts for those ages 65 and older who are ordained ($50).

Family and Ministry Review

When you pay your yearly dues, please also click the “Review Form” button below to fill out a short form to update your records with us and share some insights about your family and ministry so we can get better acquainted with you and pray for you. This form is only shared with the FMI Leadership Team. Once you click the button below you can fill out the form directly in your internet browser.
